Join Associate Professors Siobhan Banks and Jill Dorrian to discuss how it is possible to stay healthy despite the pressures of modern life.
The talk will take you on a journey of exploring how sleep deprivation and other behavioural factors affect your wellbeing, safety and productivity. It will also provide examples of how individuals and workplaces have used the knowledge of UniSA’s sleep researchers to change behaviour and counter these effects.
