Information Session – Restrictive Practices and the Disability Engagement Register, 30 November

The Senior Practitioner, Richard Bruggemann and Diane Holty from the Disability Policy Unit (DPU), Department for Communities and Social Inclusion, will be in Mount Gambier for a free information session for people with disability, families, and carers.  Diane will provide information about the work of the DPU and about the Disability Engagement Register. The Disability Engagement Register is a way to influence policy decisions.  Richard will discuss the role of the Senior Practitioner, restrictive practices and positive behaviour supports in the context of the transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Please note that this is a free event. Tea and coffee provided.
