You are invited to join us for the Metropolitan Adelaide Disability Transition Networks. These networks are about supporting you, to support your students to make a successful transition from school to training, education and employment.

There are three locations to choose from.

These networks are for Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Support Officers, VET Coordinators, Flexible Learning staff,  Youth Workers and Careers Advisers about supporting students with disability to make a successful transition from school to training, education and employment. Disability Employment Services and Job Active Employment Services staff are welcome too.
