An Invitation for the metropolitan Disability Transition Network meetings

Theme:  What is the Micro Enterprise Project?  Can it be a post-school Transition Option?

Theme:  What are the initiative being funded for the NDIS by the State Government?  How do these new initiatives transition options?

Presenter:   Representative from National Disability Service (NDS) SA

These network meetings are for Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Support Officers, VET Coordinators, Flexible Learning staff, Youth Workers, DES/NDIS Providers and Careers Advisers about supporting students with disability to make a successful transition from school to training, education and employment. Disability Employment Services and Job Active Employment Services staff are welcome too.

 The Transition Network meeting will be held at three locations as follows:

  • Mawson Centre, UniSA, Mawson Lakes – Monday 28th August – 3.45pm – 5.15pm (Registration from 3:30pm)
  • Tonsley Campus of TAFE SA – Tuesday 5th  September – 3.45pm –  5.15pm
  • Immanuel College – Wednesday 6th  September– 3.45pm – 5.15pm
