Study – Adults on the autism spectrum interacting with police

Have your say – adults on the autism spectrum interacting with police: This study will gather information from adults on the autism spectrum and their families about the nature of their interactions with the police in Australia, and investigate how traits of autism may affect these interactions. Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) will use the findings to see if there is a need to improve the ways in which police in Australia interact with people on the autism spectrum. The study is via an online survey and an optional personal interview. The study is approved by Griffith University Human Research Ethics Committee (Approval reference no.
