NDIS participants expect high levels of service that is person-centred, safe and reliable. Service delivery needs to keep pace with participants evolving goals. To deliver on this expectation, organisations in the disability sector need to be strong, sustainable, robust and agile. They will need to re-think their service delivery under the NDIS, and sometimes even redesign it.
