National Disability Services (NDS), in partnership with the South Australian Department of Innovation and Skills will be hosting four consultation workshops and is asking for the input of consumers, their families and carers, disability sector workers, disability service providers and the training sector to co-design a Continuing Professional Development (CDP) program for VET Trainers and Assessors who deliver qualifications in the disability sector.
Each of these workshops will explore what makes a great support worker from differing perspectives in a contemporary disability environment.
