Due to popular demand from the sector, NDS and Department of Industry and Skills are bringing back Dr Darren O’ Donovan, Senior Lecturer, La Trobe University to share his knowledge on the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
This Capacity Building Information Session — “Delivering Certainty: Clearing the ‘Fog of Law’ surrounding decision making under the NDIS Act” — will focus on participant access to reviews and appeals – breaking down some of the complexities around what can be done in cases of disagreement with the NDIA’s decision-making.
